from pastor, from pastor, my dear dave iam happy to read from you , and having presented your situation to the holy spirit, here are some answers, for night mares it is possible that sombody is lifing through your spiritual environment and to reduce it you must do this; 1: you have to change ur life style and try to imutate some element of christ likness in your living, secondly when you want to go to sleep try and pray a prayer that is in line with what your experiences in the night mare used to be e.g if mascured chase in dream, before you go to bed, say this word "In Jesus Name, mascured will not chase me in the dream, even if it chase me, the lord will lift up a standard and make a way of escape for me" for forgetfulness always pour water on your head, if u have the time boil that water keep it to cool very well and use it to pour on your head, also buy satchet water , before you pour say in Jesus name and pour on your head, after you say thank you my lord for healing me
